When my associate quit or was fired I did not receive follow up of any kind from the company. I tried again and the new agent was very helpful but my time to respond for my new insurance was now outdated and I had to start again. I am up in the air at this point awaiting a phone contact with the new insurance company. The new insurance company said they had called the original associate about 3 times to get the information they needed. User's recommendation: Be sure you follow up more often than I did. Maybe you won't get caught.
