Dear lulu, I buy mobile on 31 jan 2021 It's not ringing and during call voice is not coming to me since 03 days and I went to lulu market at wtc and I request to replace or check mobile but receptionist said I have to send customer service If I will give for 21 days what I will use beacuse there is 02 sim inside the mobile Within 12 days issue came in mobile
