They say cannot get parts I took it to one of your repair options and said can not fix it, I spent a lot of money on this unit, and is just collecting dust. Has not been used much and the arc just quite. Repaired once went 3 inches and quite again took it back said there is nothing they can do. That is sad to through good money out the door. Especially when you are retired on a small income. I need some help and answers talking to some of you people does not get me anywhere. I would like to be proud to own an ESAB but looks like I will have to downgrade it. People always said that the Hypertherm is a really good unit and repairable. I am starting to beleive this.
