No withdrawals

I just raised a complaint at ASIC about them: they "forget" to process the withdrawal of my investment with no contact/explanation: stealing the money and using them basically. They don't answer e-mails about it. It's way past due term. "Pepperstone holds an Australian Financial Services License (AFSL) and is regulated by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC). They must according to their terms and conditions process withdrawals by credit card within 1-2 business days. They don't process withdrawals within this period (so far in my case the withdrawal was not processed at all) without providing any information to the customer/investors after several follow ups by mail/online chat. No answer to e-mails and the operator just pretends "the financial department left for the day". The broker keeps and uses investors deposits without their consent long after the investor requested to withdraw the deposits, not responding to any inquires anymore. While in my case there isn't a large amount of money involved the risk is significant as their business practices is keeping/using investors money without investors consent and no contact made/no justification provided.
