In November I purchased multiple items through NBC Steals and Deals. Two items never arrived so I contacted the third party who was selling the items through NBC. They promised to look into the problem and found it was a lost shipment as I had told them. I requested a refund which I never received. Unfortunately, NBC collects the money and pays the third party. They accept no responsibliity for the shipment and have no way to contact them directly. I disputed the transaction through my credit card but NBC, who accepted the pAYMENT refused to refund for the product I never received. STAY AWAY from NBC who are nothing but a collector for suppliers with whom you have no way to recover for problems.
