No way of communicating with Homebase

I looked online for a shed delivered and erected and was direcred to Homebase who advertised that their shed prices included delivery and assembly. However when I looked through sheds available there was no mention of assembly and nothing for me to say if I wanted assembly. All it said was erection was easy although at the outset it said that sheds would be assembled within 1 week of delivery. I decided to visit Homebase 10miles away to get it cleared up but the man I spoke to was unable to help. I tried to contact Hombase but failed on two occasions due to 1. After I told them everything and pressed to send email they said I was already registered and had to log in losing all the typing I had done. 2. Then they said they did not recognise my email address or password and then presented another massive form to fill in. All I wanted was to speak to someone who actually new they were working for Homebase. I can only hope that Homebase will contact me. User's recommendation: Go to B& Q.
