Once your parcel reaches Lazada Puchong hub, youre most likely screwed. I dont know how things are done over there but it needs a serious improvement. Parcels sit for days or even a week or more at a time before delivery. CS is equally bad nowadays. As such, Id rather shop at your closest rival these days. Not only do they have more variety, their delivery service is super fast if not the fastest.
