The company kept putting off the delivery date for the arrival of my pledge, was eventually told the item was ready for dispatch and left a web site where every pledge could check dispatch and tracking number tracking number didnt work .them hey presto it turned up out of the blue although still no tracking no!! User's recommendation: Be very cautious before pledging, when it works, it works well.
