Its a Saturday and our internet is down. CS rep said no technician on weekend. She scheduled a tech to come Monday. As a result, my child cannot work on an online class and submit a project. At the same time, I cannot do my work online either. No tech support on weekends is unacceptable. User's recommendation: Stay away. No tech help in person or phone on weekends to fix issue is unacceptable.
