Booked reservations 2 months in advance for Mother.'s Day. Was told that there was only one table in the WHOLE restaurant that could seat our party of ten. It was very chaotic in the waiting area and many customers were upset besides us. One lady wanted to talk to the manager about the crappy service they got. She waited OVER 30 minutes and she finally left. My 88 year old mother in law wanted to talk to the manage and he finally come out after several attempts to talk to him. He was worthless.Many customers including us( after not being seated for 120 MINUTES) left. We will NEVER EAT AT BUCA AGAIN, I am in the restuatany business and it was cleat that the manager was terrible. He should be fired. I have an autisitc son and he need to eat! Ended up at Bob Evans-- finally food. I have filed complaints on Facebook, twitter and Yelp. Good luck--you will need it. Our reservations were under the name Geiger For 5:30 pm at your Westlake, Ohio location. After 16 plus years, we will find a new Mother's Day tradition.
