I placed an order online and 75% of my order was on back order even though the website stated that it was in stock. I received 2 separate shipping dates for one of the products ordered and it never shipped on either date. I sent a few emails and contacted them by phone a few times and they were defensive and rude to say the least. 3 weeks later I call once again and ask for the status on my order and was told someone would get back to me asap and let me know what was going on with the parts and when they would become available, they never called me back. I then called and requested a refund and the lady was rude about the whole ordeal as if I was inconveniencing them with my refund. The overall experience was stressful and time consuming, if you are shopping for corvette parts shop elsewhere.
