No sound on video chat

No sound on the video chat with my brother. We could see him but he could not hear us. I paid for this video chat and I need a refund or I have a free chat. My brother is at Spartanburg County Detention Center, in Spartanburg South Carolina. He stated that theyve been having a problem with that issue and I want to know when this problem is going to be resolved
