No show, no call-back, no-refund from white lily florist
I ordered flowers for a co-worker from WhiteLilyFlorist.com to be delivered on Friday as an early Mothers Day present. When the flowers did not arrive I called the number on the website and a man by the name of Matt answered. I asked him what happened and he informed me that they decided to cancel my order because they were "too busy". Shocked, I replied "you didn't think to call your customer and inform them?" To which he gave a flat out "nope." And then hung up on me. I called back several times and he did not pick up the phone. When I called from a different phone he answered and then hung up again once I started talking. The weekend passed and the charge went through on my debit card. I called again and he hung up on me once more.
