No show no call – 1 hour late

got a text one hour before the scheduled cleaning confirming the cleaning and then they were over an hour late and never communicated that. They also didn't know how long the cleaning was for or when it was scheduled for. I requested 1 cleaner for 2.5 hours but they sent two cleaners an hour late. Then no one responds via the BS "concierge". This place is a straight up scam THIS PLACE SUCKS User's recommendation: DO NOT USE.
