No show and no follow up from management after concern raised

The sales team confirmed a date and time slot of July 2nd between 8am and 12 noon. Additionally, these details were emailed to me. Just after noon, I placed a call and spoke with someone who was unable to address my concern and I had many carpenter ants within the home. It was essential for the company to have come out that day to avoid further infestation. The representative told me there was nothing they could do and if someone could not come to the house, what a better date/time would be. He proceeded to hang up on me after I became upset and told him I needed someone out that day. He stated a manager would contact me within 48 hours and it is now nearly a week later and I never received a call. User's recommendation: Do not use this company. Despite their nationwide service and name brand, the customer service is subpar and I would recommend to utilize a local company.
