My air conditioner ceased operations on July 25. The next day the service person came out and told me the air conditioner could not be fixed. Nobody called. I finally called in august 10 and asked why I had heard from nobody. I was told I would hear in 48 hours. Nothing. I have called now 3 times each time I am told I will get a call in 24 hours. Still no calls. They just dont want to pay. I have been lacking air conditioning now since 7/25. The company stinks and just keeps Lying User's recommendation: Don’t deal with this company. It’s a ripoff.
