Hi, I have a premium membership in busuu but for months writing exercises are not available. I sent a bunch of e-mails but so far no respond or any sign that someone reads them. I think, the company accepting payments from around the world should also have way of providing their services equally well as they take our money!!! I feel I've been cheated!!! DO NOT TRUST BUSUU!!!
