We booked cab from Delhi to destination . Driver ran away as he did not had papers when he was stopped on airport entry point. We had to do alternate travel arrangements with much difficulty . Now we are trying to contact customer care where bot disconnects call saying we cannot raise any query against the booking. Worst app and worst customer care service. Never do any bookings on Goibibo . Its waste of your money.Do User's recommendation: Do not use this app. It gives zero value for money.
