We are getting NO service whatsoever from Karcher, our unit has been standing for over a week and we are still not getting any help from Karcher Germiston. The service from Melchior is just bad, my suggestion is to rather not buy any of these products as you will get NO after sales service. Please advise on when can we expect our pressure wash to be repaired and returned to our Smith Power, 2 Lascelles premises. This unit was previously sent in for repairs on several occasions only to be returned in such a condition where the unit only worked for a few hours before breaking down yet again. It was advised that our water pressure seems to be too low and that you will have someone come out to test the water pressure but to date this has not happened. We are running a tight schedule with the new machine assemblies and as such not able to properly clean these units before delivering to our dealers, this has no become a huge issue and we urgently require your immediate commitment on having this unit repaired to a proper working condition as we cannot afford to carry on like this. Your technician advised and requested on each occasion that this unit be taken to your premises in order to do proper fault finding as well as to have the unit properly repaired but as explained in the above, this unit was returned on each occasion only to break down again some hours later. ***
