No service even though monthly payment is psid in advance

I am on full on plan and auto payment. It stopped abruptly since last one week and it is not fixed. I have sent three reminders to customer service email Id. But there is no response and no resolution. My monthly payment was paid but the connection does not work. Why is customer service so poor from reliance global?
