No service Accountability at the Dealership

Completed 1 oil consumption test. Using 1-2 quarts of oil per 1000 miles. Was told acceptable per Hyundai. Went back for 2nd oil test. After calling and confirming, only to be turned away. Went to another dealer 30 miles away, was 3+ quarts low. And they could not find the first oil consumption test????? Pissed off!! User's recommendation: DO NIT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED AT LR CRAIN HYUNDAI.
