It is now 5pm Monday, The gas service crew came out to my house with no advanced warning. They changed out the supply lines but retained the original meter. In order to do this they had to turn off the gas, and because no one was home they couldn't turn it back on. Well of course no one was home. I work all day and had received no warning that they were coming out. Now I have no heat or hot water. When I called they said they would turn the gas back on between 7am &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; 5pm tomorrow, Tuesday but someone needs to be home. So now I have to take a day off of work to wait for these bozos! Washington Gas customer service is not worth the gas they sell!
