NO SATISFACTION IN WHITTIER CA

I am going 3 months without a billing statement from Edison. I've called half a dozen times, customer service is no help and out of the loop, billing department claims a software or programming upgrade is the cause. How does a software/program snafu go on for months. I was also told to make a payment, that I would be credited, but why do that when they can't tell me how much I owe. I can't imagine what my statement will be when someone at Edison finally gets it worked out. I see a Class Action in the future.
