Update by user Jun 16, 2021 So far I have not heard anything from Banfield. I want nothing to do with them. My little girl (Coco) is ok no thanks to them. Update by user May 18, 2021 Called customer service and I did not get an appointment , instead they helped me cancel my account. That was their solution! Original review posted by user May 17, 2021 Last time I checked the name was Banfield hospital. So why is it if you need to have your pet seen you have to wait 2 weeks. Your pet could be dead by then!!!! 100$ monthly for wellness plan but this is the 3rd or 4th time I cannot see the vet. I have to go elsewhere and pay someone else on top of what I already pay. My dog is older and she needs to be seen. This is horrible. . 1200$ yearly and for what!!! The only thing they do is vaccinate my dog. I have to go to other places ... ppl dont do it!!!
