AZ Plumbing was out on 10/13/2009, and said that we had a leaking aerator (after factory), and we had some loose packing nuts under the sink. He tighten the packing nuts and stripped the aerator while trying to tighten (at the time unknown to me) and told me we needed to get a new aerator. After purchasing a new aerator that was too big at the local hardware store. I then saw one of the identical aerators at Wal-Mart, so I then purchased it. Upon trying to put it on I found the faucet threads were completely stripped off. I then also discovered my sprayer was leaking, so underneath the sink was wet. We called ahs to have the plumbing company come back out, this was on 10/14/09. The made an appointment for 10/16/09 between 1-4 pm. At 2:00 pm on 10/16/09, we received a call from AZ Plumbing that due to an personal emergency the plumber would not be able to make it that day. I ask when was the next available time for him to come out. She said tomorrow (10/17/09), between 9am and 12 noon. It is now 12:56 pm on 10/17/09 and we have neither seen nor heard from AZ Plumbing. At the time of original service we thought the service was excellent and the tech very nice. That has now changed. Thank you, Harry C. Poole
