I have done an air-corn service on 11/10/2013.however the next morning 12/10/2013 when my helper help to clean the windows, she get a shock & found that the grille was broken.i suspect it cause by the service man who clim out from window to did some servicing step on it.so I have call to the company & hope they can came down to clarify on it.after I keep calling & messaging, the supervisor finally came down on 14/10/2013 to take photo on the grille for office used.he promise that his boss will personally come to me to settle it on 16/10/2013 morning.however no one come down although I have give them a call.it seem like they wanna hide & runaway from the responsible with keep delaying the problem.i really felt disappointed & upset.
