No responsibility for lost package


This is a very suspicious online store. A few months ago I ordered several parts for my bike, paid for the purchase and delivery (Fedex) but never received anything. Fedex says that they left the purchase at my door, but this is difficult to prove because the store did not give me a tracking number. The store support service assures that they did their best and the purchase was delivered to me. I don’t even know what to do in a similar situation .. Complain to the store or to Fedex. The seller does not show any desire to deal with this situation. I do not recommend doing business with this store.
