5/27/2021 called for copy of payment ledger for 16 months. They asked me to wait 10-14 working days. that has passed I called 7 times in 4 days they have called me back 3 times with same response that "you will receive an email within 24-48 hrs. STILL waiting. 4 days later. also raised prices almost double on some prescriptions as well as monthly premiums. User's recommendation: check diligently for other plans.
