No response to my phone call complaints

I bought two toothbrushes in December, one for husband a Braun Genius 900 and a different model for myself. My brush has worked perfectly from day one. My husbands has been sent back and replaced 4 times in the last 7 months. The one they sent back in May lasted about three weeks. I phoned customer service again 22nd June 2021. I have since phoned them very week and all they say is my case has been escalated, I keep telling them I want a refund, they completely ignore me. I know my husbands toothbrush is faulty, he has to charge it every day, my toothbrush last for at least three weeks, using it twice a day. I am sorry I did not keep a record, more fool me, but I know they have one, they read it out to me. I have a case number, [protected]
