I applied for moratorium on 27th march 2020 for April and may. They sent me a reschedule loan structure along with a new emi amount to be applicable from 1st june on 29 th April. Meanwhile emi bouncing charges were deducted. However no emi hit my account in may. From june i have been regularly paying my emi. Now they are calling me and saying that my moratorium was rejected. However I have not received such mail till date. The emis of April and may are showing as overdue amount. And now they are threating over phone to pay the overdue amount. Moreover I tried to close the loan but they are not providing the amount for closure. Worst experience worst company. Don't take loan from them. Highly unprofessional work culture.
