No response related to missing funds

Have transferred inr 40 lakhs on 3rd of march 2021 to bank of mauritius, as guided by bookmyforex and to be transferred to singapore but I have no confirmation of this transfer and the amount is not reflected in beneficiaries account also t.ll 5 pm of 8th of march. More than 5 days Am getting the only response that they are working on it and will get back. In today's world of connected systems the delay is too much and really painful and stressing. Monetary loss is also adding up and who will be responsible for same. It is really difficult to contact anyone in bookmyforex once you need any information or support. They are all there while booking an order. Had a very high expectation as per their name but!!!???
