We were providers of Cigna Medicare/ HealthSprings and was notified by our patients that were contacted by Cigna we are no longer in network. I spent three hours calling Cigna credentialing and was transferred over eight times with NO resolve. I was given an email address to reach out to get someone to return my call or to email me back. I have been emailing for over two weeks daily with no answer User's recommendation: Beware, your Doctor could be removed from the plan for no reason.
