No response on cash rebate inquiry

I made a purchase thru this website. Order never showed (nor the pending cash back amount). I'm only .02 away from being able to cash in my rebate check. Geez! Tried e-mailing customer service 2x. No response. Only an automated e-mail stating that they were looking into my rebate inquiry. What BS. I went with shopathome.com because they were offering a higher cash back %. I've also used ebates, and they are WAY better. I already received a check from ebates. These people stink. I'm surprised they are still in business. I guess I will have to report my complaint with the BBB if I don't hear from a rep by Monday. I'd advise anyone to stay away from shopathome. What a Rip Off and waste of time!
