Hello There, I bought tuppersure back in sept'13 and the cartridge stopped working within 2 months (Hardly used it). I've called the customer service for tupperware ([protected]) in Jan'14 and raised a complaint haven't been given any resolution. I technically stopped using it since dec'13, decided to order a new cartridge from a local distributor and learnt that they only have old cartridges which will expire in couple of months (which was the same scenario the first time I got the product). Hence returned it, cos didn't want to waste 900rs on it again. I've called the customer service on 9th April 14 again and got an appalling response and wasn't helpful at all and wouldn't put me through to any manger either to resolve the issue (I tried calling them 7 times and no response and 2 other number). I have written to the complaints as well and no response yet. Thanks and Regards Seleena
