No response from eSky

I am in the midst of trying to get to eSky in order to ask if I can take an earlier flight from LAX to Phoenix. After a few tries on phone (out of the country call which I pay for)....I was told a rep would contact me. No show. Now, when I try to access my reservation, the darn thing doesn't even show up, saying I have no reservations with them. Well, I have a receipt and order number proving that I did pay for a flight. So, they are not making it easy...I will keep trying, of course!
