Update by user Sep 05, 2020 I just received this watch that I purchased for my wife to celebrate our 30 year wedding anniversary. It states that it is a final sale no return item, however it is not as advertised and the bracelet length is not 7” and its so small that only a child could wear this and it is not adjustable. i’m very disappointed as tomorrow is our anniversary and I paid $699 for it. I want to return this item because it is not as advertised. I would prefer to have a return issued to my credit card but would accept store credit if absolutely necessary. I really like you site and would love to continue to do business with you, but this is a terrible disappointment. Please advise as soon as possible. Thank you in advance. A child couldn't wear it, I sent 10 emails and no response at all, also I have a $427 credit from a previous purchase that it seems they have frozen. I furious with them. User's recommendation: be very careful. If I ever get this resolved I'm not sure I'll ever do business with them again.
