My account is messed up, I have called customer service at least 20 times, been on hold forever..35 minutes, and I was hung up on. Called various times of the day, they r supposed to b open until 12 am eastern time..I called 45 minutes b4 they closed still no answer. Needless to say the reps that I did speak to had foreign accents, and hard to understand..their fortune was made in the US..employ people from the US, they may not give u misinformation.. Im so mad I cant see straight! User's recommendation: Forget TMobile Banking non existent customer service.
