No response for defective Roku TV

Purchased a 50" Roku tv from JVC. Upon arrival plunged in &;;;;;;;;;;;; saw it worked. Destroyed box, so return to store was impossible, ready to set up realized that remote was missing. Called company several times, over a 5 week period prior to finally receiving. Once receiving remote learned that it would not hook up to network. Called server, viewed videos nothing helped. I own other Roku never had a problem. Called company again, as well as emailed with no results. Weeks later I received an email directing me to BBB. NO resolution to my current issues. Don't nDoDftreceireceived an email directing m User's recommendation: Do not purchase JVC/Kenmore.
