I booked 2 tickets for my parents from Delhi-SFO traveling May 11 and return June 22nd. The flights never took off due to Covid. I spoke to the airline ( Air India) in this case and asked them if they could process the refund. They told me that there would be a cancellation fee and the rest of the amount will be sent back to tripAir. I have been writing to them every week and get no response in regard to this subject.
