No report and no response – Avenue of recourse!

1

I recently purchased a single AutoCheck report for $24.99 USD (about $40 CAD) and never got a report. Every time I clicked on one of the links to view the full report, all I got was a "Server Error 500". AutoCheck had NO phone number to call, and the "Chat" feature was ALWAYS offline... so I wrote to them. I wrote to them every day for 3 days asking, then begging, them to contact me. Of course no one ever did. 5 days later, I still cannot access any report on the vehicle. The vehicle I was interested in buying has now been sold to another party and I am out 40 bucks. TIP: I contacted my credit card company. They are going to charge the money back from AutoCheck's bank account. AutoCheck will have the opportunity to contest this, but my credit card company says that they won't have any grounds as the service was due immediately upon payment.
