After speaking with God only knows how many people and writing two letters and another online, I still have been totally blown away at your extreme rudeness in not answering any of my letters complaining. Why am I being treated like a piece of crap? Why does no one answer my mail and complaint? I have a cell phone from you, Edward J. Signori # 631-974-**** and the prior one stopped working properly, and it was replaced except that the minutes were not transferred, and they were stolen from me, and I am livid about it...
