No replacement card for months, charged monthly fee.

Card was lost, called in for a replacement, told 20 business days for replacement. Wait a month call back, almost 1 hour on hold, no way to fix the issue. New card to be sent out. 3 times the same crap, 4 months with no card, but they keep charging monthly 7.25 fee. NO refund for the fees, well close your account or wait for the new card, tired of being robbed of my money. My credit had become good, in the last 6 months, chase sent me a card. No false theft on monthly fees.y will get you sooner or later, mYounoTh fees. eware BewareewareB User's recommendation: Do not close your eyes around them, or they will nickel and dime you.
