Update by user Mar 21, 2013 They are still lying to residents. They came in will I was not home, we were notified that they would be changing, shower heads, toilets to water saving. I had a $45. Shower head in back bedroom and they took it without my permission which is tantamount to stealing from residents. I told them this bought a new one, sent them receipt and now they are saying "they will have to research who was the matinanece person that took it"! And that it was their understanding that if we had one in shower that we had purchased that it was supposed to be left. Well it wasn't and none of the "crew" is ever going to admit to taking it so I will most likely never be reimbursed. They always have some answer to why nothing is their fault and why tenants should have to take care of issues themselves or replace things they screw up or take! Original review posted by user Feb 18, 2013 I have lived in this complex for 9 1/2 years now. There have been 4 different management companies. This company is the WORST! They have let the property deteriorate beyond simple aesthetics to downright dangerous violating many safety codes. They post your information i.e. name, full address, phone on your door every month for anyone passing by to take, yet if you sign up for e-pay you receive an email for rent reminder every month. One of the managers from the main office lives next door to me and is the noisiest neighbor I have. They cancelled the security patrol then told residents that “they didn’t have the number “for new one yet, then finally admitted after 6 months that we had none! After calling 2 repair men for my dryer they both told me that the outside air vent was blocked and I needed to get it cleared. I told them this and for a year and a half was told, it had been cleaned; there was nothing there, etc. Then I got one of the matinence men to look in the vent and he pulled out two HUGE birds nests! This after I had to run my dryer 3 times to dry each load for 1 ½! Now we have various gang types hanging about every night, apartments that run air conditioning 24/7 even when it is 18 degrees outside and management whose answer to everything is “it’s been taken care of, you can’t prove it, etc. If you are considering moving into one of their properties… DON’T you will regret it sooner or later depending on when they took it over!!!!!!
