No reimbersement

I have e-mailed Customer service and mailed documents four times to get reimbersement due me. I have made MANY phone calls with no results. Every month AWHR takes my money,Do but they don't honor the contract we have. I have notified BBB about this matter. AWHR should not be in business. User's recommendation: Do NOT do business with AWHR.
