No regard for safety in car repairs
Accident repair on a BMW X3 for front end damage, including suspension. As per BMW, steering rack must be replaced. Utter disregard for manufacturer's specifications, as indicated by an escalation person at Desjardins, "we don't recognize BMW bulletins". After steering was actually deemed damaged, they want to replace with a junkyard part, with no testing or certifying. What gives, Desjardins? No morality at all, no decency? The lives of your customers are of no relevance to you?
