Order # SH00485326 On June 15 I received my Shoes.com purchase of 3 pair of shoes. Two were perfect, but a pair of Sketcher Foamies were too big. Online I printed out a "return label" and followed their directions to a T. I took my return to my local UPS on June 16th, The following day I tracked the return and it was already delivered to them in Woburn on June 17th. (See attached printout) Twice I contacted them using their online form with specifics and twice got an automated response. NO PERSONAL RESPONSE AND NO REFUND.
