I have tried since February to get a refund from Netspend. I have been told a check was mailed Feb. 14, 2021 and a copy of the sign check was mailed. However, I never received either one. I was also told that a new check was issued April 30, but was also told that it was only a copy. I was told by many associates different stories and only one manager was kind. They all become short with me, too bad, we mailed you a check and thats all we can do User's recommendation: No way! This company is fraudulent and customer service is awful.
