I ordered 4 pairs of Capri pants, called customer service for an "exchange" which was not an "exchange" it was to initiate a return and purchase 2 more pairs. Lee promptly sent them to the completely wrong address not even close to my address, by their admission their fault, never did they offer to send me another package considering it was their mistake and I had paid. They confirmed receipt of the 3 pairs of Capri pants I had already returned. It has been over a month. I have paid for 5 pairs of Capri pants and in possession of ONE pair!! I have called and messaged several times to no satisfaction whatsoever. "System upgrade" they have had possession of my money for over a month. I am completely disgusted with this company and their obvious disregard for their customers or their money! I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
