No refund for returned products
I received my dead trees after they sat in at FedEx facility for 3 weeks. FedEx tried to get them to send me new products but they wouldnt. I sent them back immediately and 2 month later no refund. You call and get busy signal constantly but if you are persistent enough they will answer but it wont do you any good because they idiot on the other end of the phone will tell you they have no way to track the process because they are too busy. So disappointed with this company. Luckily Im only out $70 sounds like some people have lost hundreds of dollars to this company. Its sad that they can still operate and be rude and steal customers money.
