I booked a room in Grand Canyon National park through National Park Reservations in Feb. due to covid -19 park closed and had to cancel reservations.After 2 months of trying to contact NPR I finally talked to a person and was told Delaware North was handling refunds.I have tried several times over 6 weeks to get intouch with Delaware North as to inquire about my refund and no response.Do not book anything through these people as it seems like you will get ripped off . User's recommendation: Avoid doing buisness with this company or affiliates.
